Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features and are billed a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
We will notify you when you reach your monthly limit. Once you hit the limit, additional case creation or document uploads are paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. No surprise charges.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are available for all paid tiers at a 20% discount. Contact us or select annual billing during checkout to take advantage of the reduced rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Verify plan is free forever with generous limits to get started. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time when you need more capacity.
